Terms of use of this website

These terms govern the use of prozoneai.com. They set out who operates the site, what you may do with what is published here, and the limits of what a marketing website can be held to promise. They do not govern our products or our client work, both of which have their own terms.

References below to "we", "us" and "Prozone AI" mean the company identified above. "You" means anyone who visits or uses this website.

2. Scope and precedence

These terms apply to prozoneai.com and its subpages. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Two things fall outside these terms and are governed elsewhere:

  1. Use of the Lex AI solution, which is governed by the Lex AI Terms of Use and by the terms of the platform through which it is delivered.
  2. Any engagement between us and a client, which is governed by the signed agreement for that engagement. Where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement prevails.

How personal data is handled on this site is described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Use of the site

You may read the site, quote it with attribution, and link to it freely. We would rather be cited than paraphrased.

You may not:

  1. reproduce or republish substantial parts of the site as your own material;
  2. extract content in bulk by automated means, beyond what is permitted for the crawlers declared in our robots.txt;
  3. interfere with the operation or security of the site, or attempt to gain access to parts of it that are not published;
  4. use the site or anything on it in a way that is unlawful, or that misrepresents your relationship with Prozone AI.

4. Intellectual property

The text, layout, design, graphics, diagrams and source code of this site are owned by Prozone AI or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other applicable rights.

The names and marks Prozone AI, Lex AI and Avenos, and the associated logos, are ours. Other names and marks that appear on the site belong to their respective owners, and are used to identify those parties, not to claim any association beyond what is described.

Nothing on this site grants you a licence to any of these rights, other than the ordinary right to view and quote the content as described in section 3.

5. No advice, no offer

The site is published for information. It is not legal, financial, technical or professional advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice about your own situation.

Nothing on the site is a binding offer to enter into a contract. Descriptions of what our systems can do, of methods, and of past or ongoing work describe engagements and capabilities, not guaranteed outcomes. Results depend on the data, constraints and objectives of each case, and no result described here is a warranty that the same will be achieved elsewhere.

Statements about future plans or intended capability are exactly that. They are not commitments, and we may change direction without updating this site first.

The site links to third-party destinations, including avenos.ai, paragraf.rs and pravnabaza.paragraf.rs. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and a link is not an endorsement of everything found there. When you follow such a link, the terms and privacy policy of that site apply, not ours.

7. Availability and liability

The site is provided as it is. We take reasonable care that what we publish is accurate and current, but we give no warranty that it is complete, error-free, or continuously available. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from use of this site or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it to be excluded or limited, including liability for intent or gross negligence.

8. Personal data and changes

Personal data collected through this site, including through the contact form, is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are covered in section 3 of that policy.

We may amend these terms. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its effective date shown at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the amended terms.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Any dispute arising from them or from use of this site falls under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Novi Sad, Republic of Serbia. Where you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules of the law of your habitual residence.
